Step 1: Broker Engagement
We partner directly with you, the broker. You remain the client’s primary point of contact—we stay behind the scenes. You bring us into listings that need cleanup, clarity, or consolidation, and we help shape the business into an acquisition-grade asset.

 

Step 2: Business Review
We perform a buyer-style review of the business’s financials, operations, and structure. We highlight key risks, financing red flags, and improvement opportunities—so you’re never blindsided during diligence or lender review.


Step 3: Value Enhancement Plan
We create a clear, actionable plan focused on professionalizing operations, reducing owner dependency, and increasing buyer and lender confidence.


Step 4: Implementation Support

Step 5: Light Due Diligence & QofE Prep
